HUBER  Car Parking Systems  have been awarded the contract to design and build this new  multi-storey car park at Watford. With a total of 2397parking bays the facility eases the parking situation for Warner Bros expansion plan, including a new link bridge, new studios, workshop and offices. The MSCP consists of five parking decks, the ground floor and four suspended decks, and is erected in steel frame construction with in-situ reinforced concrete floors cast onto metal liner sheets.

SEC have been proud to work on this pre specified new build MSCP for our client Huber Car Park Systems which involved the new electrical installation to the LV distribution, external lighting, dali intelligent reportable lighting, fire alarms, CCTV, small power, vehicle count, EV car chargers, earthing and security.
