Redevelopment of an existing industrial unit to provide a Biosafety Level 2 laboratory space inclusive of 16 nr. labs for research and development, offices, meeting rooms and a mezzanine event space overlooking a double height foyer.

The building is designed to create a supportive environment for creative scientific ventures.

This project was won the innovation category of the Constructing Excellent South West annual awards and springboards to the national awards.

SEC carried out the design and build contract for the LV distribution, small power, lighting, fire alarms, security, controls and ICT data.
