Electrical design and build of three new speculative industrial units and production facilities.

The buildings, located at the former Motorola Site on Viables Industrial Estate combine more than 200,000 square feet internally.

The three facilities will benefit from a market-leading specification harnessing net zero carbon technology for the reduction of energy consumption and operating costs.

Built to BREEAM Very Good rating and an EPC rating of ‘A’ this is a net zero carbon development providing superior energy performance to its future occupiers including Photovoltaic PV and EV Chargers.

During construction of Unit 1, after acquiring a new tenant, SEC were awarded the fitout of Unit 3. The enhancement works have been developed to meet key dates within the integrated programme and in parallel with the Base Build.
