Plots 1 and 2 are large stand alone units configured with level and dock door systems, office space and dedicated service yards with car parking, inclusive of EV chargers.
Plot 3 contains smaller units subdivided to provide trade counter operations.
Based on a design and build electrical scope and a tight contract programme.
