Overview
SEC have secured and delivered the first phase of the Electrical and Mechanical services including Public Health for the new Charles Green & Sons jewellery workshops and office space.
The agreed scope included air conditioning, MVHR ventilation, gas boiler, domestic water, radiant panel heaters, LPHW pipework distribution, thermal insulation, drain age, controls, LV distribution, lighting, small power, fire alarms, ICT data CAT 6, security, containment, earthing and testing / commissioning.
It was a pre specified scheme with CDP elements.
