A regeneration programme worth £30m, The Gade is set to transform the town centre.

The Gade is a residential development in Hemel Hempstead undertaken by Hill Partnerships Ltd. We have worked alongside our mechanical partner to provide the electrical services to 150 highly specified 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with associated communal spaces, undercroft car park area, plant spaces and landscaped residents courtyard.

SEC have provided Ryefield distribution equipment to distribute power from the main cut-out to all the dwelling meters within the building. Landlords supplies are provided to each block and a separate retail supply from the main intake panel.

Other works include essential services to fire-fighting lift, mechanical AOV smoke vent systems and sprinkler pumps. As well as general lighting, power, door entry and alarm systems, CCTV, data and telephone services, lightning protection and Solar PV and EV chargers.
